A family apartment with amazing sea views from all its large windows. Located next to Lavadores beach - a rich iodine coast - successively awarded the Blue Flag and surrounded by 15 km of bike path and sidewalks, by the sea and the Douro River. The apartment has two suites and offers all the comfort, privacy and tranquility of a seaside resort, yet close enough to Porto and Gaia city centers (about 10 minutes). *The pool only works during the bathing season (however can happen to be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.) *There is an ongoing working construction at the condominium. * During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

Ovar, located in the district of Aveiro, has a nice climate and pleasant beaches all along its coast. In addition to the Ria, where an immense population of birds lives, Ovar is also constituted by a strong side of services, commerce and leisure. Considered a city of the Tile Museum, due to the fact that the tile is the main component of its local architecture, it is also internationally recognized due to the famous and fun Carnival of Ovar in February which is characterized by dancer, cultural initiatives and the typical parade that counts more than two thousand people, which attracts crowds throughout this month. It also has other socio-cultural activities that are celebrated throughout the year, such as: * Religious processions; * Feast in Honor of Santa Catarina in Ribeira; * Festivities of the Sea in Furadouro; * Feast of Senhora da Boa Viagem; * Festivities in Honor of Senhora do Parto, held in Jardim dos Campos; * Feast in Honor of São Cristovão. Due to its marvelous beaches, it holds several fresh fish and seafood from the restaurants all over the coast. It also offers other wonderful and traditional traditional pastries, such as the famous Pão de Ló de Ovar.
