During your stay, you'll find two outdoor swimming pools for adults and children (respectively), a tennis court (which you can use for a fee, subject to availability), free on-site parking, a bar where you can enjoy light meals and a restaurant. You can also find a supermarket less than 100m away and a shopping center less than 1km away. We are not responsible for faults in goods or services provided by third parties, these services include water, electricity, internet and TV. The rules for using the swimming pools are posted in the respective areas and must be fully respected. The access cards to the pools, which are provided together with the apartment key, are the property of the Morgado Group. Improper use of the card or its misuse by the unit where you are staying may result in a penalty, which can be up to 100.00 euros or the suspension of the privilege to use the pools. Adults must accompany children during their time in the pool. Bringing food from outside is prohibited. Glass containers are only allowed in the bar terrace area. Using any photographic or filming devices inside the premises. Inflatable objects or any other toys. Consuming food or beverages in the pool facilities that have not been served by the bar. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs. People with contagious diseases, visible injuries, or fungal infections, even if covered with bandages or dressings. Diving into the pool; entry must be via the stairs. Smoking inside the pool area. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the pool equipment and facilities. Entering the pool with creams on the skin. Failure to comply with these rules will result in restricted access to the pool. We would like to inform you that on Fridays and Saturdays, there is live music at the bar/restaurant of the condominium until 02:00. We recommend keeping the windows closed for better soundproofing.
