Welcome! This fantastic home, with approximately 100m², is perfectly situated on a hillside, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table, ideal for relaxing or gathering with your group. The area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From here, you can step out onto a balcony with a magnificent view. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, including a stove, oven, coffee machine, and more. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, providing easy access for guests with reduced mobility. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a working desk and a wardrobe. All beds are made with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay. The bathrooms come fully equipped with fresh towels and toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh and unwind.
