House by the sea with excellent sun exposure, completely refurbished, comfortable, light and contemporary decoration, perfect for a relaxing city holiday. Ground floor house with about 100m2, one bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with natural light and storage space - one with double bed and access to the terrace, the other with two single beds and window. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, which could suit larger families. The terrace offers a stupendous view over the sea and the port of Funchal, an area with outdoor shower, a dining area and portable barbeque. It is the most desirable room in the house, where you can enjoy reading, sunbathing, outdoor meals or simply enjoy the view and the sound of the sea. Maximum capacity for 6 people.
