With a simple, practical and functional decor, the apartment has a large living room and a modern fully equipped open space kitchen, a cozy bedroom, a functional bathroom, which offers maximum comfort in a compact space. This pleasant city apartment, located in one of the main arteries of the city, is close to the main accesses to the highway that connects the east, west and north of the island, as well as to the streets that give access to the downtown area of the city. Given the privileged location, you will be just a few steps away from various services, such as supermarkets, stores, gardens and playgrounds, as well as a variety of restaurants. One of the main features of this apartment is its window, which offers a stunning view to the north of Funchal. The property can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. If you are thinking of renting a car, you can park for free in the building's garage.

AREA This apartment is located in a privileged central area, right in the heart of the city of Funchal. 10 minutes walk from the Mercado dos Lavradores and the Old Town of Funchal, from here you can explore the various tourist attractions of our beautiful city (e.g. Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Cathedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc...) In addition to these amenities, close to the house (10 minutes walk) there is the 'La Vie' shopping centre with several shops, cafés, restaurants and a medium-sized supermarket. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance.
