The comfortable, quietly situated row house offers space for up to 4+2 persons. It has 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One double bed (1,80 m x 2 m) and two single beds (0,9 x 2 m). A sofa bed is located in the living room. 3 terraces, one of them with a hammock and a two-seater swing to relax in the sun. Kettle, toaster, microwave, stove+oven, dishwasher, washing machine and electric grill are available. Access to two community pools.
The neighborhood in the resort is a colorful mixture of tourists, long-term tenants and owners from all European countries (Germany, England, France, Spain, Serbia ...) Supermarket (Intermarche) and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. In Budens there are 2-3 restaurants. Numerous very attractive typical Algarve beaches are 5-10 minutes away by car.
