The apartment is a modern block and beautifully maintained by the condominium company.
Modern furniture and fittings throughout.
One of the largest balconies in the complex running across the entire 4 room width of the apartment with patio doors leading out from all rooms.
Pleasant views out over the swimming pool and manicured poolside gardens.
Pool is in full sunshine from early morning to late evening. Apartment balcony in full sun from around midday to late evening.
Full aircon in all rooms.
Free WIFI.
TV with many channels.
Well equipped kitchen including washing machine.
Multiple seating areas on balcony.
Locally based apartment manager on call throughout your stay.
