This modern apartment, located in an enviable frontline position offers stunning view across Albufeira's marina. It has a luxury and cool interior with a large bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a double sofa bed, have a balconie with a unique view for all the marina´s complex. In the apartment there are also a fully furnished kitchen where you can find everything you need and a bathroom. Outside - Sun beds and parasols are provided for your own use around the pool which has a shallow end approx. 1.5 meter deep and deep end approx. 3 meter deep, pool side shower and toilet. The apartments are very secure with gated entrance to each block, videophone access to the apartment and 24 hour onsite security on all floors, garage and pool area for your safety (security included in rental). Choose from the outdoor parking or parking bay in secured underground garage.The apartments are in the heart of the Albufeira´s Marina with direct access to all amenities and the bustle of old town and the strip only 10/15 minutes walk away.

Albufeira Marina offers daily cruises including a trip on a Pirate Ship, dolphins watch, big game fishing and bbq sunset cruises Bouncy castles, mini golf, bike and trike hire, or have a go on a Segway - the marina's long promenade is perfect for this novel form of transport! This is a fantastic location to keep all the children (both young and old!) entertained. Also situated at the marina is 'Hot Wheels Raceway' the Algarve's fastest karting track with 400m of track, wicked corners and stretches for fun and fast karting. Various events such as fairs and other traditional Festivals held throughout the summer months. There are many Restaurants on the marina; tantalise with traditional Portuguese cuisine, Italian, fish, sushi and seafood. Just around the corner from the marina is the fishing port and lovely view of Albufeira across the bay. Taxi rank is sited on the marina with local bus services and touristic buses run every 30 minutes are within yards of the apartment. Maid service, gas, water and electricity charges are included in the weekly rental prices. Linen towels and beach towels are also provided. No smoking in the apartment but ok outside on the balcony.
