Our apartment is located in the new area of the City of Póvoa de Varzim.
It is integrated in a modern and recent building.
Our apartment has a living room, a bedroom and a toilet. It is all equipped and with a modern and cozy decoration.
Neighbourhood information
Our neighborhood is one of the most modern in the city of Póvoa de Varzim. We are close to major commercial areas, close to schools, close to the City Park and sports area where you can stroll and play sports. We are close to the Municipal Sports Pavilion and the Music School of Póvoa de Varzim. There is a Burger King two minutes walk from our accommodation.
If you go down the Avenida do Mar you will find the beach and the beach walk.
A pleasant 20 minute walk will be in the restaurant area, beach, swimming pool and football field.
