Relax in this modern and spacious Studio, located 4 minutes away from the closest Metro station (Estadio do Mar). This lovely newly refurbished studio is located in the quiet area of Senhora da Hora (Matosinhos), facing the weekly market square of Senhora da Hora. On the 2nd floor with a lift. Please note that renovation work is taking place in the apartment above, with an expected completion date of December 2025. During this period, some noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Neighbourhood information

Quiet neighbourhood, wish small local shops in the area, including a bakery/café, hairdresser. Easy access to the apartment by Metro with Estádio do Mar stop only a 4 min. walk away. Metro quite close, access to all the main motor ways nearby, only 15 minutes to the airport by car.
