Fully renovated flat with modern materials and a lot of style in the heart of Cascais! The flat has just been through full remodelling works and is being released to allow you extreme comfort in the best possible location in the historical centre. It is very calm and silent at night but if you just turn around the corner you´ll be at the amazing restaurants and bars of the Yellow Street with a lot of life and energy 24/7. The best beaches are also a few steps away!! What are you waiting for?

My name is Leonardo and I am 39 years old. I was born in Rio de Janeiro, but my family is from Portugal and I decided to move to Cascais in 2018, where I started working in the Real Estate and in the Property Management business. The apartment is next to the Yellow Street, where there are several bars and lots of activity throughout the day. There are also many other restaurant options just a few steps away, with Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Mexican food, among others. The beaches of downtown Cascais are also very close and the train station to Lisbon is just a few steps from the apartment, allowing car-free trips to the country's capital (30 minutes). There are several parking options in the streets around the apartment. All are paid and there are parking meters available every few meters. There is also the option to download an application to pay for parking by mobile phone. If you prefer, there are covered parking options in nearby streets.
