Located in Matosinhos, next to the beautiful city park of Porto, is located near the beach (200m), and only at one kilometer from the city center of Matosinhos (fresh fishery and seafood markets). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony overlooking the sea. One bedroom has a double bed; the other bedroom, a single bed and a small desk (see photos, please); there are space for a mattress on the floor, for one or two persons; and two bathrooms. Spacious (110m2), bright and comfortable, with free public parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and a coffee machine. You can access free high-speed WiFi, and cable HD television in the living room and one of the bedrooms.
