I am a pharmacist, yoga lover and instructor (300h certified), lived in London for 15 years, I love to travel and now making the bridge between the rest of the world and our lovely haven here in Molelos.

Property information

Quinta Catrinandes is a country home that includes a main house and an adjacent hall (Rose Hall) ideal for workshops, yoga and other embodiement events. We have a vegetal garden and a lovely spring water tank. You will be staying in one of the rooms of the main house that is surrounded by five acres of sacred land, inhabited by many oak trees, chestnut and hazelnut trees, eucalyptus, pine and cork-oak trees. Catrinandes is wheelchair friendly and we have a residential elevator in the main house. We have a spacious comunal kitchen with all appliances and a communal dinning and a lounge area with a wood burner. We are not a hotel and therefore you will not find a TV in your room nor anywhere in the property. Catrinandes is also an invitation to be outside, in the elements, embedded in the delicate songs of the seasons and the ease of the following days. And she caters for all tastes. Whether you are wanting to lounge on a hammock, relax on an outdoor sofa, or gather around the firepit, you can find your place here. You are welcome to walk around the grounds, discover nooks and corners, and speak with the little friendly creatures and plants that co-create with us.

Neighbourhood information

Molelos is know for its black clay pottery and you can visit the 5 local pottery workshops with its unique artesenal art. Tondela city center is just 8 min away and you can find all amenities there. We are located 20 min from the top of Caramulo mountain. In Caramulo there is a wonderful Museum, stunning view points and an unique Experience Center dedicated to all petrolheads who restore, drive and breathe vintage cars and motorbikes. Caramulo offers a range of walking trails and stunning views from the mountain. Viseu is 25 min away and has a 12th century Cathedral, beautiful gardens, stunning churches and the historical city center is something not to be missed.
