I have two units: STUDIO 52 and SUITE 51. Both units are adjacent to each other, and the main difference is that STUDIO 52 is larger and has a kitchen, while SUITE 51 does not (instead, it is provided with a small fridge, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, and a table with 2 chairs, making it suitable for breakfast or warming up a quick lunch, but not for preparing meals). STUDIO 52 can accommodate up to 4 adults, while SUITE 51 is suitable for 2 adults or a couple with 1 child using the sofa bed. Both units are located on the top floor, accessible by an elevator, of a modernist building built in 1956 on Rua da Fábrica, right in the heart of Historic Porto Downtown, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Area. All major tourist sights, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance. Both units are very sunny, thanks to 4 large south-facing windows. They were recently fully renovated and tastefully decorated with refined details. The bathrooms are equipped with a modern shower featuring large natural marble stone slabs. The windows are "Climalit" double glass for optimal thermal insulation and soundproofing. Modern air conditioning, full HD TV, Internet high-speed optical fiber connection (up to 200Mb/sec) and Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and a hairdryer are included for free. Upon your arrival, a bottled water, Nespresso coffee, and tea will be provided, along with maps to help you explore Porto. You will be warmly welcomed by either myself or, if I happen to be unavailable, by a competent friend of mine. We will provide you with suggestions for the best places to visit, dine, and enjoy in Porto!
