We were born in Madeira island, we like to travel and meet people, and it is a great pleasure to help travellers to discover our island.

Property information

Studio 92 is an independent fraction of a house in a quiet and sunny area with private jacuzzi and air conditioning, ideal for two people. The studio is about 30 m2 and includes a bathroom, a living area and a kitchenette with a dining table. Outside there is a terrace with a seating area for guests. It is equipped with a mini fridge, a portable electric stove, a microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay. A car is recommended for this location. The accommodation does not have private parking, but it is possible to park for free on the side of the road. There is a bus stop around 600 m away. The property's entrance and backyard are shared with the owner's main house, but the studio is independent. The terrace and jacuzzi are for the exclusive use of guests. The jacuzzi cannot be used after 10 pm to avoid noise disturbance to the neighbourhood. We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate. Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.

Neighbourhood information

The studio is in a rural area at 260 m from sea level and at 4 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafes. Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira. A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers. Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities. The property has access to the main roads.
