The spacious bedroom comfortably accommodates up to three guests, while the generous living and dining area features a cozy breakfast nook complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and mini fridge. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary utensils, dishes, cups, and cookware, including a stovetop and a large fridge with a freezer. To the north, enjoy stunning views of the majestic mountains, while to the south, the tranquil ocean awaits. The soothing sound of the waves fills the air, and within just a few minutes' walk, you'll find a spot offering breathtaking views of the nearby islet and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Our property is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just one minute off the main roadway, offering easy access to all parts of the island. Vila Franca do Campo is centrally situated, making it an ideal base for exploring nearby cities and their attractions. We're just a short walk from a local grocery store and only 15 minutes on foot to the beautiful Vinha da Areia beach. On your way to the beach, you’ll pass the Marina, where you can enjoy a relaxing café, embark on whale watching tours, try scuba diving, or take a boat trip to the islet. Don’t miss the famous Queijadas do Morgado bakery next to the marina, where you can savor the renowned Queijadas da Vila, a local sweet treat. Another popular beach, Praia de Água d'Alto, is just a 5-minute drive away, offering a beach bar for a meal or drink, or the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. We are also about a 25-minute drive from the vibrant city of Ponta Delgada, where you can enjoy shopping, beaches, the marina, a casino, and a variety of restaurants.
