The Rock Villas were build in 2020 and 2021 and are available for holiday rentals from October 2021.

Property information

Please note that some construction activity is taking place until November 15th, 2025 between the 1 bedroom Beige Rock Villa and the road (see map in the picture gallery for more details). Note that no discount is granted on the price of The Rock Villas during that period and that: - a 2m high metal fence separates the swimming pool area & gardens of the 1 bedroom Beige Rock Villa from the construction site, - additionally, the 1 bedroom Beige Rock Villa separates the 2 bedrooms Grey Rock Villa from the construction site, - most of the work should now take place inside the new Villa, hence creating only minimal inconvenience, - work happens from 8:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday and from 8:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays, - the access and the private parking at The Rock Villas are not affected. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Rock Villas are composed of 2 stand alone villas offering a peaceful and stylish getaway on the South West coast of the island of Madeira. The Grey Rock Villa proposes 2 en-suite bedrooms for up to 4 guests, and great facilities such as its private heated infinity swimming pool, designer fireplace and other luxurious pieces of equipment. The Beige Rock Villa proposes 1 bedroom, for up to 2 guests, and a large living room opening to comfortable outdoor areas, including a private heated infinity swimming pool. The Rock Villas' architectural style blends harmoniously in the cliffy landscape while offering large views over the Atlantic ocean.
