Albur Village Complex is a secure peaceful complex, close to all Alvor amenities. The apartment is in one of the best locations in Alvor – situated just a short stroll to the main restaurant and bar area but just far enough away to be quiet and have open views to the countryside but with access to the beach within a 15 minute stroll. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and provides a stylish holiday home allowing you to have the freedom to enjoy the many delights of Alvor. The accommodation is modern and has an open plan kitchen/dining area with the kitchen window looking directly out to the pool area along with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Direct access to a private balcony is from the front of the apartment where you can watch the world go by and relax in the sun. The apartment has a Spacious living area providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for up to 4 adults. High quality bedding is provided to ensure maximum comfort. We also have wifi and Portuguese Tv with some English speaking channels. The apartments come with electric shutters to keep the rooms cool and secure. The complex is completely secure and has a video entry system as well as free parking outside the apartment. Lifts are available to all floors, the apartment is located on the second floor (top). The private fresh-water pool is located in the centre of the complex and therefore sheltered from the wind and making it a comfortable area to relax and enjoy the sun all year round.
