About this property

Unique Design Apartments feature views to Augusta Street, one of Lisbon’s most emblematic commercial areas. The unit is inserted in the city’s historical downtown, 100 metres from Comércio Square, 500 metres from Rossio and 500 metres from Chiado. The bright and carefully-decorated apartments and studios are air conditioned and include free WiFi, safety deposit box, a full kitchen or a kitchenette. The living area includes a flat-screen satellite TV, and sofas. There is also a dining table and all units have a large double bed and a sofa bed. Some of the apartments enjoy Tagus River views as well. Guests are welcome to prepare their own tasty meals in the kitchen or kitchenette at their disposal, which also includes a coffee machine. Various local restaurants are available in the Unique Design’s street, at a 2-minute walk. Both Chiado and Rossio are renowned historical areas, with plenty of typical shops and cafés for guests to discover. At a 13-minute is Bairro Alto, a popular nightlife area with many bars and eateries. The Unique Design Apartments is 7.4 km from Portela International Airport.

In an outstanding location right in the very heart of the Lisbon historical centre featuring views over Comercio square, tagus river and Augusta street, the most emblematic, beautiful and scenic street of Pombaline downtown .

Neighbourhood information

Breath the history of our city in a perfect location where you can get everything at a walking distance like restaurants, shops, museums, monuments coffee shops,supermarkets ,fado houses or even the Tagus river. in the middle of the most interesting neighborhoods in Lisbon you can easily get the Se cathedral, St. Jorge´s castle or Santa Justa elevator. The iconic 28 Tram line is so close from our building, just 100m away. The 15 Tram line that goes to Belem is located at Comercion square, 150m away from the building. in addition to this, there are 2 metro stations at 3 minutes walking distance from our spot.
