One of the 3 bedrooms, all located on the 1st floor, have a private bathroom. The garage, in the basement, is transformed into a huge games room, with ping-pong table, snooker and a large sofa. Its location is privileged, being only 650 m from the beach of Olhos d'Água and the street with shops and restaurants on the way to it. There is a Minut device inside the property in the living room. This device measures the sound level and sends alerts when the sound exceeds a threshold considered high enough to disturb the neighbors.

The beach of Olhos d'Água, 650 m from the property, has a very special particularity. During low tide you can see and drink the freshwater "scouts" that appear on the surface of the sand. It is a white sand beach still used by the fishermen of the village.
