Clever Details is management company based in Vilamoura, our office is near the casino. We have available a 24h emergency number. All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability). The client must have a minimum age of 25 years old to be able to book accommodation with CleverDetails, Lda., throughout the all stay a person with a minimum age of 25 years old should remain in the accommodation. A valid identification document with photograph must be showed on arrival.

Villa Terese is built in the latest luxury condominium in Vilamoura, O Central. Its location is privileged, extremely quiet area and about 10 minutes walk to Vilamoura marina. The 354 m2 spacious house was furnished, equipped and decorated providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests. The contemporary architecture, the use the double glazed windows, the first quality materials used and the open space style kitchen, offers light and the perfect connection with nature and the surrounding gardens. Facing east and west, this is the only house in the condominium where guests can sunbathe in their private garden all day, with space for an Al Fresco drink on its secluded deck and in complete privacy. The inner courtyard allows guests to have a perfect connection with the stars. Landscaped gardens, a 200m2 adult pool and children's pool complete this glamorous condominium. Access is monitored and controlled by an certificated security company, and common spaces are monitored by cameras.
