Clever Details is management company based in Vilamoura, our office is near the casino. We have available a 24h emergency number. All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability). The client must have a minimum age of 25 years old to be able to book accommodation with CleverDetails, Lda., throughout the all stay a person with a minimum age of 25 years old should remain in the accommodation. A valid identification document with photograph must be showed on arrival.

Property information

Large renovated detached 4 bedroom villa located in a residential area and 15 minutes walking to Vilamoura marina. The villa is contemporary with modern and stylish furnishings that give a feeling of comfort. There is air-conditioning throughout for the sunny hot days. The fully fitted kitchen leads out to the BBQ where sumptuous evening meals can be prepared with little or no effort. The lounge and dinning room are open plan with patio doors. The pool area is all gated so it is ideally and secure for children. Kitchen: oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, expresso coffee machine. Living / Dining room: LCD, 2x sofas, table and 6 chairs, air conditioning, wine fridge. Bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1: double bed, air conditioning. Bathroom with bathtub. Room 2: double bed, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning. Room 3: twin beds private bathroom with shower, air conditioning. EXTERIOR Bedroom 4: double bed, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, single exit and direct outside.EXTRAS Security system daily and nightly. Private car parking for 4 vehicles.

Clever Details prepared an internal protocol, following the guidelines of the General Directorate of Health and Tourism of Portugal, which contains a plan for cleaning the properties, equipment and products used by Clever Details in the disinfection of spaces and surfaces as well as the characteristics of detergents . Clever Details opted for the Sanytol or similar range, guaranteeing the elimination of 99.9% microbes, bacteria and fungi. Clever Details has developed an internal protocol that includes the hygiene plan ensuring the control and prevention of infections and resistance to antimicrobials
