THIS IS IN PORTUGAL, Welcome to my House in Portugal! Modern and tastefully decorated, my lovely 200 m² house is situated in an exceedingly tranquil area, all while being less than a 10-minute drive away from Fragas de São Simão and local restaurants. Perfect for couples, our spacious private suite offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets from your private balcony and relax in the whirlpool tub, ideal for a romantic end to your day. The suite is elegantly decorated and includes high-quality linens, a minibar, coffee and tea station, and everything you need for a comfortable and intimate stay. A peaceful retreat to reconnect and unwind in nature. The rest of our family house is not accessible and can only be shared if available and by previous request. The property has surveillance cameras only in the outdoor common areas, namely at the main entrance, exclusively for security purposes. There are no cameras in private areas The room is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
