Landscaped courtyard, a magnificent marble lobby, 2 lifts firm "Schindler". Total area of 300 m2. Renovation in classic contemporary style. Spacious living room with dining area and a sitting area 60m2. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker. 3 bedrooms with one double and four single beds. Two bathrooms have high quality sanitary engineering "Roca". The apartment is equipped with a personal safe. Double glazing separate apartment of 180m2 terrace, with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. On the veranda there is a place for sunbathing.
