Welcome to our Villa in the beautiful Transilvanian mountains! Our house is centrally-located, sunny, and spacious with big dance floor, common areas and a warm interior design. The house is private and you can go to the ski slope in just 5 minutes walking! You can even ski directly from the house to the ski slope when there is snow! Moreover, on the other side of the street there is the ice skating ring and a sledging slope (1 minute walk each)! In the summer you can go to the Balupark outdoor climbing area, that is also only 8 minutes walking. This Villa is much loved by our guests for its central location. The Villa has 3 rooms with 10 comfortable single beds: Bedroom A: with 2 beds, Bedroom B: with 4 beds and Bedroom C: with 4 beds. The beds can be put next to each other or apart. Only the guests live in the villa. In addition, we also have 2 extra mattresses if needed. !Minimum length of stay is 3 nights due to us needing to pre-heat the villa for you and the cleaning costs.! If shows as unavailable, please check the villa for at least 3 nights :) . Food & Shops: you can find a very good Restaurant and a Shop just next to the Villa for your maximum convenience!

The guests can have the whole place for themselves. Interaction with hosts (me and my mom) is only for a few minutes at arrival and departure. In the house only the guests will live. Moreover, we are happy to give good tips, recommendations etc. if asked. :)

The house also has a very small garden. There is free public parking space outside on the street in front of the house, and given the great location of the house, all important attractions are reachable on foot.
