Property information

Imedio Olive Apartment offers comfortable accommodation in a safe and clean area in the north of Bucharest. The apartment is renovated in the spring of 2024 and is located on the 1st floor in a 4-story building. The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a large bed for 2 people, a wardrobe and a flat screen TV. The small bedroom is equipped with a 90cm wide bed, extendable up to 140cm, a wardrobe and a work desk. The spacious living room has an open space kitchen with a comfortable sofa with a recliner, a flat-screen TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a refrigerator, electric hob, electric oven, microwave and other small appliances. The bathroom is modern and equipped with disposable hotel products. The balcony is closed and arranged for pleasant moments of relaxation and is provided with an extensible tumble dryer.

The apartment is located in the northern part of Bucharest, Aviatiei neighborhood, in the heart of the business area (Globalworth Tower, Nusco Tower, Sky Tower, AFI Park Floreasca). Also nearby are Ponderas Academic Hospital, NeoLife Medical Center, Medicover Maternity Hospital, Medlife Pediatric Hospital and Enayati Medical City. Promenada Mall Floreasca is located 700 meters from the apartment and the Baneasa Shopping City is located 4.4 km away and can be reached both by direct public transport (bus 605) and by car. The largest park in Bucharest (Herestrau Park) is a 15-minute walk away. Henri Coanda Airport is a 30-minute drive away and Aurel Vlaicu Metro Station is 400m away.
