Pensiunea Cheile Sugăului este situată într-o zonă cu un peisaj de poveste, la distanță de 200 m de Aria protejată Cheile Sugăului-Munticelu( cu peștera Munticelu și Via Ferrata Astragalus), la 2,5 km de Cheile Bicazului și 7 km de stațiunea Lacu Roșu. La o distanță de 8 km se află o pistă spectaculoasă de bob pe șină, în mijlocul pădurii la Lacu Roșu. Din Cheile Bicazului pornesc niște chei mult mai mici , dar foarte speciale numite Cheile Bicăjelului .
