Property info

It is a new and modern accommodation unit. The villa has 30 beds, with 7 rooms, of which 4 double rooms and 3 rooms with 4 beds, each room has its own bathroom, satellite TV, at the ground floor of the villa there is a 6 room , and at the attic a 4-seater Family Room. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, large fridge, full dishes), double bathroom with 2 toilets and large living room (60 sqm, cable TV, corner, dining tables, bar with home theater system 1000wats and minibar for drinks) In the attic of the house there is a professional billiard table and a sauna. The sauna is contracost.Accesul is made on the asphalt road. The room and water heating is done with the woodworking. The villa has a large terrace equipped with a barbecue and prepared dishes as well as a bakery and roasting oven. The boarding house is 1500sqm entirely with grass, surrounded by a backyard fence, with a swimming pool with sunbeds for the beach. In the yard there is also a jacuzzi that is only for the autumn-winter season when the pool is not used. Playground - voley, football, basketball, ping-pong table.
