The Studio is located in a new building complex, with 24h security available, quiet, with a private garden, very close to the Carol Park (150 m), near Unirii Square ( 750 m) and minutes walking from the Bucharest’s Old City Center. Basically, you will live in the center of Bucharest, from where you can go everywhere you feel like including Old City Center with all its restaurants, coffee shops, night clubs; museums; art galleries; and all touristic attractions. Featuring a terrace, the studio proposes a modern and fresh design and it offers a flat-screen TV with cable channels, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. The kitchenette is fully equipped and comes with a microwave, a refrigerator, an electric hob, premium pod coffee machine and a dishwashing machine. Electric kettle are also provided. The studio has a king size bed (180x200) with comfortable mattress, a desk, generous deposit spaces and private bathroom. Kids can enjoy an outdoor playground within the 24/7 guarded housing complex. Private underground parking is available on demand.
Urban Oasis Studio is well set in District 4 of Bucharest, 0.5 km from Patriarchal Cathedral which dates since 1659 and 1.3 km from Stavropoleos Church which was built in 1724 and is currently an Eastern Orthodox monastery for nuns in central Bucharest. Carol Park, inaugurated in 1906 and listed as historical monument in 2004, is only 0.2 km away and the Old Town can be reached within 1 km. Palace of Parliament, second largest administrative building in the world after the United States' Pentagon, is found within 0.75 km walking distance. Nearest metro station, Piata Unirii, is 0.9 km away.
