Located in the heart of the city, you are close to everything that keeps the city moving, however, the apartment is located in an inner courtyard, where silence dominates. In less than 5 minutes (350 m) of walking you can visit the Classical Theater "Ioan Slavici" and the imposing Roman-Catholic cathedral "St. Anthony of Padua", going in the opposite direction, at the same distance you can visit the Arad City Hall , "Administrative Palace".
