Objekat se nalazi na 300 m od samog centra grada, pored gradskog parka, okružen zelenilom. Apartman površine 60 m2 sa kapacitetom za 4 osobe se nalazi na drugom spratu stambene zgrade. U apartmanu se nalazi spavaća soba sa francuskim ležajem i dnevna soba sa trosedom na razvlačenje. Kuhinja poseduje frižider, ugradnu ploču sa dve ringle, sto sa stolicama i pribor potreban za ručavanje. Kupatilo je opremljeno tuš kabinom,lavaboom i wc-om. Sobe su opremljene klima uređajima, a u stanu postoji besplatni WiFi i kablovska TV. Apartman poseduje i terasu. Ispred i oko zgrade se nalazi parking. Prodavnice, pekare i brza hrana nalaze se na samo par metara udaljenosti od apartmana.
Vršac leži u podnožiju Vršačkog brega sa koga se uzdiže poznata Vršačka kula iz XV veka, kao i manastir Mesić iz XI veka. Na par kilometra od Vršca nalazi se i mesto Gudurica poznata po vinskim podrumima.
