Objekat je potpuno nov. Napravljen je po najmodernijim i najsavremenijim standardima. Nalazi se na TOP lokaciji, na 30m od Novoizgradjene Gondole, na samoj pesackoj zoni, na 150m od centra Zlatibora. Pijaca je udaljena 10m, u prizemlju zgrade je moderan caffe restoran Gondola....
Sladjan je kulturan momak koji ce Vas docekati i biti Vam na usluzi za sve sto Vam je potrebno.
U nasem okruzenju se nalaze Avantura park - preko puta smestaja, prelepa priroda sa druge strane, caffe restoran Gondola, Pijaca na 10m, menjacnica, trafika, maxi sve to u krugu od 200m, jezero i centar Zlatibora na 200m udaljeosti...
