Apartman DeeM-LUX nalazi se na prvom spratu zgrade,sa pogledom na pešačku zonu grada,gosti na raspolaganju imaju flat-screen TV sa kablovskim kanalima i prostor za sedenje kao i prostor za rad.Potpuno opremljenu kuhinju sa frižiderom,pločom za kuvanje,mašinom za sudove i kuhinjsko posuđe.Sopstveno kupatilo opremljeno hidromasažnom kadom,mašinom za pranje veša i besplatnim toaletnim priborom.Spavaću sobu sa terasom okrenutom ka popločanom dvorištu.
