Ovaj objekat se nalazi na fenomenalnoj lokaciji samo 120 metara od pešačke zone. Potpuno nov stan u mirnoj ulici u centru. Uz to imate i besplatan parking po rezervaciji gosta koji s mora rezervisati , opremljen svim uredjaima za vas prijatan boravak.U blizinu su prodavnice marketi restorani pabovi kafane, tvrdjava i reka. Sve to mozete peske za samo nekoliko minuta.
Apartman se nalazi u samom centru grada samo 150 metara od glavne ulice i pešačke zone , okruzen restoranima kafićima barovima glavnim atrakcijama u gradu. Ne daleko od autoputa Beograd- Novi Sad. U blizini je i tvrdjava i reka Dunav.
