This property is in a new construction building and the apartment faces the river. Please note: there is a 25 Euro cleaning fee. This comes out clearly in the total when you book from a desktop. It is not as clear when you use the mobile app to book. Please be aware of fee when you book, because it is part of the final invoice on Booking.
