Studio B-52 se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji na glavnom bulevaru u Beogradu, tačno preko puta centralnog gradskog parka. Studio je klimatizovan, svetao, tih i potpuno opremljen čak i za potrebe dužeg boravka. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan brzi WiFi internet, smart TV, kompletno opremljena kuhinja (rerna, sudo-mašina, grejna ploča, frižider i kuvalo za vodu), kupatilo sa tušem, fen za kosu, mašina za veš, pegla.
