U pitanju je potpuno renoviran apartman koji u sebi sadrži prostran dnevni boravak i veliku spavaću sobu sa izlazom na terasu. U njemu se nalazi klima uređaj, besplatan Wi-Fi, Smart TV. Takođe poseduje kompletno opremljenu kuhinju sa električnim štednjakom i frižiderom. Apartman je od centra grada udaljen 3 km, a parking u sklopu objekta je javan.
Ljubazan i komunikativan, spreman da izađe u susret gostima.
U okolini apartmana se nalaze dečija igrališta, šetalište, kompleks sa zatvorenim bazenima, košarkaški, fudbalski, teniski teren, kao i kafići, picerije, marketi i kuglana.
