Big glass wall, crazy nice view. You’re looking straight at the lake, a small creek, and pine forest. View is fully open, nothing blocking it, and you can even catch part of the ski slope if you lean a bit toward the window. It’s a small but cozy studio, super functional. There’s a bar with two stools, a kitchenette with an air fryer and Dolce Gusto machine, flat screen TV and a chill LED fireplace for the mountain vibe. Ski slopes and DivčiBAR are about a 10-minute walk. If you’re up for skiing in the winter, or more into music festival in the summer. A restaurant and the “Magical Forest” hiking spot are basically next to the building. Maxi and a couple more restaurants are around 15 minutes on foot. Free parking on site. Great spot if you want nature, peace and easy access to everything.

The neighborhood is perfect for a relaxed mountain escape. Fresh air, pine trees and real peace, far from city noise. The hiking trail starts right in front of the building, so you can literally walk straight into nature. The ski slope and DivčiBAR are just a short walk away, which makes it great both for winter stays and summer evenings. Quiet, green, and close to everything without feeling touristy or crowded.
