Vila Breza je objekat renoviran za letnju sezonu 2020. i prve goste primiće u julu mesecu. Smeštena je na odličnoj lokaciji, u najlepšoj ulici u Sokobanji, čuvenoj ulici Breza, na svega 180 m od najlekovitijeg izletišta i parka “Borići” i 350 m od centralnog mermernog šetališta.
Vila Breza raspolaže moderno opremljenim smeštajnim jedinicama iz kojih se pruža jedinstveni pogled na planine Rtanj i Ozren, velikim dvorištem oko samog objekta smeštenog u hladu breza, jelki, ali i vremešnih stabala kajsije i jabuke, te ceo kompleks predstavlja zelenu oazu namenjenu odmoru i uživanju gostiju.
