Lazio Beach Residence is owned and managed by a small Seychellois family who strongly believes that their guests come first. Mr. James Lepair is the Chief Executive Officer, and his wife Audrey is the Chief Operations Officer. The daughter, Alyssa is the Sales and Marketing Manager, and Raphael, her boyfriend, is the Food and Beverage Manager. Along with their strong team of staff, they will ensure that your stay at Lazio Beach Residence is one that will exceed your expectations.

Lazio Beach Residence, a beachfront property, is located merely a few steps away from Anse Lazio Beach, Praslin Seychelles and all of the 12 luxury self-catering suites have a stunning view of this renowned beach. Each of the one-bedroom suite has a super king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and a living room with a sofa, hence the maximum number of guests per apartment is 2 adults. Breakfast is offered at an additional cost and it is served in a restaurant nearby. We can help you to book any excursions and tours, as well as a car hire or taxi if you need. Lazio Beach Residence is also an ideal place to get married and to spend your honeymoon. We can also organize any special events for you to make it truly memorable. All of these services are at an additional cost.
