Property information

A house with a lot of character in the best location in Båstad with a wonderful view of the city and the sea. The villa is located on the edge of the city center with walking distance to the center and the beach. Enjoy lovely Båstad, the tennis metropolis with lots of experiences. Relax from the noise of the city and enjoy the evening sun and lovely barbecue evenings. A holiday gem that you can't resist. The entrance is at a smaller covered terrace with a breathtaking view of the city and the sea. On the ground floor there is a spacious bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a single bed. An open living room with comfortable sofas and a dining area with a large dining table. Upstairs there is a larger bedroom with a double bed and two smaller ones with a single bed each and a small living room. There is also a lovely balcony with a magical view. The garden is hilly and there is a patio with dining table and barbecue. The terrace at the entrance is something very special. Within easy reach is Sweden's most visited beach and the beautiful cold bath house. The beach is shallow, child-friendly and buzzing with activities during the summer. Here is also Båstad's harbor area with a large selection of cafes and restaurants. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and excursion destinations. There are nice cycle paths on the entire Bjäre Peninsula. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
