The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed (2 x 80x190 cm), a bedroom with two bunk beds (2 x 70x180 cm), and a double bedroom (140x190 cm). The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate toilet, and bed linens, blankets, and pillows are provided. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee with views of the surrounding mountains. Public outdoor parking is available nearby. Located just 300 m from the ski slopes and ski school (ESF), and 150 m from shops and restaurants, this apartment offers easy access to the heart of the resort while staying close to nature. The town center is only 250 m away. Optional services include end-of-stay cleaning (?90), linen packs (?16 per bed), towel packs (?12 per person), and raclette or fondue sets (?5 per day). A deposit of ?500 is required via card imprint only. Key collection is at the Vacancéole Les Chalets du Verdon agency. La Foux d?Allos is a year-round destination for outdoor enthusiasts. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
