During Friday–Saturday, the hotel has pre-booked spa slots in the spa area, and guests are assigned an afternoon time to guarantee a place in the spa. The spa is open from 8.00 AM - 9.00 PM on Sunday to Thursday, and from 8.00 AM - 11.00 PM on friday and Saturday. Children aged 0–12 years can only use the spa from 15:00 to 17:00 on Thursdays and Fridays and 08:00 to 09:30 on Friday and Saturdays morning. This is a cash-free hotel.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
