This charming archipelago gem with an unabashed location on idyllic Värmdö. The property is 15 minutes walking distans from the beach and 200 meter, 6 minutes walking distans from the sea where you can find a bridge for morning swim. Only 40 minutes from the city by car. Bus station 3 minutes walk from the house. On the plot there is a fully equipped guest house.
This property offers generous living areas with a spacious kitchen with dish washer and everything else that is needed in the kitchen as well as two peaceful bedrooms. Master bedroom with kingsize bed and second room for the kids with bunk bed for two. The living room is adorned by a fireplace.
Guesthouse offers a family bed for three people plus one extra bed for an adult. There is wc with shower.
Here you will live next to the woods and close to the sea.

This is a quiet area with wide meadows, nature reserves and oak forests that create a rural and cozy atmosphere.
Here you can find activities for all ages. Hike along the scenic Värmdöleden or swim at one of the many bathing spots along Skärmaröviken. Many other activities like paddling or tennis.
