The guest rooms have been customized and installed with double windows to reduce the noise from the neighborhood. Guests may still experience some noise in the room, and may not be suitable for those who are extremely sensitive to noise.

Full payment is required within 24 hours upon booking. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The property reserves the right to request full payment or cancel the booking if the guest fails to do so.

Housekeeping service is offered every 8 days.

This is a walkup property. There is no elevator in the building and the rooms are located on level 1 and level 2

This is a strictly non-smoking property. A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption.

The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations.

A damage deposit of S$ 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
