The location is perfect. In China Town, by the financial district, walking distance to Boat Quay and Clarke Quay, 2 MRT lines at the base of the building. It is over 1700 sq ft of living - 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths and large kitchen and living room.
I am 50 something and love not being scared of life.
I am available by phone 24/7 if there is something wrong with the apartment. However, if it is general information about Singapore this will answered over email.
You are right in the heart of the CBD and two MRT lines. It is a very central location.
