The building is an apartment house with four (4) apartments. Apartment Lida 1 and Lida 3 are located on the ground floor, and Apartment Lida 2 and 4 are on the first floor. Two units accommodates four (4) guests, two unit accommodate two(2) guests. Every unit offers a separate kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, is fully equipped with dishes and utensils, a coffee machine, water heater, toaster. In the bright and spacious living room, in addition to the kitchen, there is also a large dining table, sofa set and television. On there is free Wi-Fi and air conditioning for cooling and heating. The unit has two bedrooms, one with a 160x200cm bed, the other with a bed 180x200cm, bedside tables, wardrobe and safe. A private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. The toilet is separate. The unit has an entrance hall and a balcony with a table and chairs. The facility offers free parking and a garden with a wonderful view. The house it is partially self-sufficient, as it uses solar energy for its needs.
