The villa, originally built in 1925, was beautifully renovated in 2014 and again in 2017, blending historical charm with modern amenities. The Boutique Apartments are bright, spacious, and perfect for summer stays as they remain cool even on hot days. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a ventilation system, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. In colder seasons, heating is available and adjustable to your preference. Each apartment features a private bathroom with a shower, a separate bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a closet, as well as a well-equipped kitchen-dining area. The dining area includes a couch, a table with chairs, and a flat-screen TV offering international digital channels. The couch can easily be transformed into an additional 160 x 200 cm bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults. Guests will also enjoy plenty of free parking space on the property.
