The wooden cottage is located in small village in slovenian countryside, surrounded by hills, green meadows and preserved natural forests. A real green destination! The house is carefully arranged for a comfortable stay. It is worth mentioning that the whole house and its interior is a unique handmade work of wood originating from the native forest. Products made by hand, not by machines, have a special charm that only intensifies over the years. For your body and soul relaxation there is an Outdoor Wellness provided. It stands just a few steps from the house and It is all yours during your staying. The Finnish sauna and the hot tub are heated with wood, so there is some work needed to get it hot. To be honest, its a pleasure to get it done all by yourself and a feeling you get by doing this is irreplaceable. We provide wood and kindly give you first instructions so eventually you will be a master of fire. You can use the Outdoor Wellness all day long or at night as well and at any time of season, especially in colder months. We charge an extra fee for using the wellness, but if you don't use the wellness, you don't have to pay anything extra. In our accommodation you will enjoy peace and remoteness from the crazy world. The right place to recharge your batteries and dedicate to yourself! Privacy guaranteed, no neighbors in sight! The wider surroundings of the house belongs to the accommodation and you can use it freely. The last 1500 meters of the road to the accommodation is a well-maintained macadam forest road, which can be snowy in winter, but is regulary cleaned and maintained. In any case, we recommend that you take snow chains with you during the winter months, although we are always available to help you get safe to the main road. Oh yes, about the wintertime, it is not always snow, sometimes its only mud, but this is countryside and its not perfect, but it is Original! Its a life we hosts live every day!

We welcome all lovers of nature and peace who come to us for a break and a holiday. The hosts personally strive to keep everything clean and ready for your arrival. We offer you ideas for spending your free time in the surrounding area and make sure you don't miss anything in your accommodation. You can take also your pets with you, they will have plenty of room to move and will not disturb anyone! We speak English and a bit of German so communication should not be a problem. We are always available for any help if needed. There is Wi-Fi in the accomodation and the TV has only a couple of local channels. Wi-Fi is not the fastest due to the remoteness of the location, but it allows for basic online activities. Sometimes a outage occurs because we use mobile internet only. Therefore you need to be prepared to give up social media and news for a while and dedicate yourself to a good book, good wine, the people around you and the nature that invites you into its embrace and of course your hosts who are always at your disposal.

There is a small convenience store and a local bar in nearby village centre, 20 minutes walking, 5 minutes by car. The paths and roads in the surrounding area are extremely suitable for short or long walks, some of them are marked. The views they offer are spectacular, at any time of the year. In nearest town Radlje (10 minutes by car) there are museums, restaurants, pubs and various stores and shops. There is also a big natural water park, the first of its kind in Slovenia. You should definitely visit it in the summer.
