This chick 24m2 apartment is located in Ljubljana's calm and quiet suburb. It's a newly furnished, fully equipped welcoming space for all who wish to experience Ljubljana in all its exciting glory, as it's conveniently placed just 2,7 km from the city center, but also wish for a calm place to sleep afterward. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a one-floor house in a compacted neighborhood with a private entrance and free parking space.

I am a generous, honest, positive, social, optimistic and ambitious mother of three, with the unlimited and loving support of my wonderful husband. I love my work in a family accounting firm and I am truly looking forward to being your host in our apartment. Since traveling is unpredictable and it is difficult to tell what time you will arrive, I use the self-check-in option. I do not live in the house where the apartment is located, so it is easier and you do not have to hurry or worry about arriving in time. :) I'll send you a self-check-in information with pictures so you can find the right apartment (once you're on location) and then you can easily enter on your own. :) You will have the apartment for yourself and full privacy. :) I am always available on my phone and I usually come to the check-out to say goodbye. I am also personally available to you daily during your stay from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm because I work in a family company beside the apartment. I also put a binder in the apartment with useful information and a map so you can check it out in peace, which will make it easier to explore Ljubljana. :)

This is a peaceful neighborhood of residential houses, without crime. However, since it’s a compact settlement and we have no influence over the neighbors, do not expect a grand view from the apartment. The first city bus station is 100m away, which amounts to about a 2-minute walk. The central train and bus station is 4km away, and the airport Jože Pučnik is 22km away. The center of Ljubljana, the congress market "Kongresni trg", is 2.7 km away, about 8 minutes by car, or 34 minutes of strolling. For all your day-to-day shopping needs, there is a gas station located 500m away, the first store is about 1.2km away from the apartment, and a pharmacy is about 1 km away. The first major shopping center "Intespar Vič" is approx. 1.6km away, while the largest shopping district in Slovenia, called "BTC" is 5.6km away. There is also a hotel with an all-night open bar (called "A Hotel") just a 2-minute walk away. Oh, and there's a zoo, if you go on a 3.7km walk, or a 10-minute drive. All data is from online maps, but as each person has their own walking/driving speed, it is entirely possible you can get to your destination faster or slower than estimated.
